To begin, we must ascertain the extent of the roof’s damage and determine if the roof is repairable. Typically (though not always), the practise of repairing a leaky flat roof is to utilise the same materials that were originally installed. Typically, in these cases, we would repair the leak with a torch on felt or liquid rubber. Both of these goods have a life expectancy of between ten and twenty years.
